What is the Preferred Employer Program?
Our Preferred Employer Program is designed to provide employees of participating local companies and organizations, along with qualifying teachers, veterans, active-duty military members and first responders, with exclusive leasing incentives at Arcade Apartments.

Arcade Apartments offers Preferred Employer benefits to employees of select businesses and organizations throughout Downtown St. Louis and the surrounding area.

How do I qualify?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a current employee of one of the participating employers or qualify as a teacher, veteran, active-duty military member, or first responder
- Provide proof of employment or other applicable eligibility verification during the application process
- Complete the application and lease approval process
- Meet all standard rental qualification requirements
What can be used as proof of eligibility?
Acceptable forms of verification may include:
- Recent pay stub
- Offer letter
- Employer verification letter
- Applicable military, veteran, or first responder identification or documentation
